Maxime A. Cossette is the Senior Vice-President of Fibre & Strategic Initiatives at Kruger Inc., where they craft comprehensive fiber procurement strategies and spearhead innovation efforts while overseeing research and development initiatives. Previously, they held several leadership roles at Kruger, including Vice President of Business Development, Marketing and Sustainability, where they advanced energy transition and decarbonization efforts. Prior to joining Kruger, Maxime served as Vice President of EHS and Head of Recycling at 5N Plus Inc., championing global sustainability and environmental health and safety strategies. Maxime is currently pursuing a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from McGill University.
