Iulia Coman is the Specialist HR Business Partner at KRUK Romania since July 2017. Responsible for providing HR support and advisory to various departments such as IT, Legal, Data Analysis, and Operational Processes. Conducts recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, as well as leads performance management and succession planning. Develops strategies for employee engagement and retention, coordinates HR projects, and acts as a mediator in conflict situations. Previous experience includes an HR Intern position at Kellogg Company. Holds a Master's degree in Managerial Communication and Human Resources Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA).
