Alesia Rozhenko

Alesia Rozhenko is an experienced professional with a background in partnerships management, business development, and research engagement. Currently serving as Partnerships Manager at Krukovsky Consulting Group since January 2023, Alesia specializes in identifying partnership opportunities and developing strategies. Previously, Alesia held the role of Business Development Manager, focusing on sourcing IT talent from a vast network across Eastern and Central Europe. Alesia has also contributed as Research and Engagement Manager at both Wisercat and Intetics, where expertise included digital transformation and custom software solutions.
