Chau Wei Phoon Fsa

Chau Wei Phoon has been working in the insurance industry for several years, currently holding the position of Head of Insurance Actuarial Valuation & Financial Risk at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL. Prior to this, Chau Wei Phoon worked as Senior Associate in Actuarial at AIA. Chau Wei Phoon graduated from the National University of Malaysia with a Bachelor's Degree. At Krungthai-AXA, Chau Wei Phoon is responsible for RBC and statutory reporting, annual budget projections, and experience studies on non-economic assumptions. While at AIA, Chau Wei Phoon was involved in IFRS/US GAAP and Hong Kong statutory reporting, Prophet Model Development, and budget projections on IFRS earnings.
