Darren Mangine

Darren Mangine is an accomplished professional in the field of manufacturing training and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Divisional Manufacturing Training Manager at The Krusteaz Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Darren held multiple positions at Walmart Distribution Center from September 2018 to April 2023, including Senior Continuous Improvement Leader and Sr. Manager Walmart Performance Systems. At Nestlé Purina North America, from May 2010 to September 2018, Darren excelled as Division Manager of Manufacturing Excellence, Education and Training, where responsibilities included creating and implementing training systems across numerous sites, as well as enhancing training effectiveness. Earlier in Darren's career, positions included Training Manager and Training Coordinator, focusing on waste elimination through effective training practices, and QA Analyst at various educational institutions, including Cassadaga Valley Central School and Roanoke Rapids Grade Schools. Darren earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from the State University of New York at Fredonia between 1993 and 1998.
