Shannon Penaflor

Shannon Penaflor currently serves as the Regional Business Development Manager for the Southwest at The Krusteaz Company, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon was the Sales Manager and Team Lead at The CORE Group, Inc. from September 2007 until May 2022. Shannon also has experience as the Owner and Operator of Surfside Creamery from 2003 to 2008. Educationally, Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
