Nemanja Bacic has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nemanja started their professional career as a professional football player for Djurgårdens IF Fotboll, where they played in the youth team and was eventually awarded the Kurt-Hammargren scholarship in 2012. Following their football career, Nemanja worked as a co-founder of Decorus Stockholm, an online business selling bracelet and accessories internationally. Nemanja managed all aspects of the business, including financials, branding, product design, and supply chain management. The company achieved profitability within the first 12 months and had retailers in three countries.
Nemanja then joined Sleepo AB, a fast-growing interior decorating company, as a Supply Assistant. In this role, they gained experience in customer service, sales, supply chain management, and online marketing.
Currently, Nemanja works at Kry, where they have held various roles, including Global Business and M&A Analyst, Corporate Development Associate, and currently Finance Business Partner. Nemanja has worked on business analysis and development, finding new business opportunities, executing strategic processes, and supporting finance functions.
Nemanja Bacic began their education in 2009 at Vittragymnasiet Södermalm, where they pursued a degree in Economics with a focus on Företagsekonomi. Nemanja completed their studies there in 2012. Following this, Bacic enrolled at Stockholm University in 2012 and attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Political Science, with a specialization in Finance, in 2015. In 2016, they continued their studies at Stockholm University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance in 2018. During their Master's program, Bacic also had the opportunity to participate in an exchange semester at Tilburg University in 2017, where they focused on Finance.
