Sanal Kumar

Sanal Kumar has a diverse work experience in software engineering roles. Sanal started their career at ProcSys-Processor Systems as an Associate Senior Engineer from August 2010 to August 2014. Sanal then joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they led a team in Agile methodology and developed software solutions for the CAT MineStar Solutions from August 2014 to March 2017. Sanal then moved to Time Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the development and maintenance of the ElasticPath based in-house ecommerce platform and Customer Service Portal from March 2017 to May 2018.

After that, they worked at Reliance Retail as a Senior Engineer, where they developed an application for delivery trip planning and management from June 2018 to August 2018. Sanal then joined Ateles Consulting as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of an E-com web portal for Gina Tricot from September 2018 to April 2019. Sanal also worked at Telescope Services AB as a Software Development Consultant, providing services from September 2018 to May 2020.

Sanal's most recent position is at Volvo Group as a Senior Software Engineer, starting from April 2019. In this role, they collaborated with Volvo Group Connected Solutions to develop a Telematic System that connected Volvo Trucks and processed live data using a Microservices framework with thousands of services. Sanal'sresponsibilities included development, integration, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Currently, Sanal is working as a Software Engineer at KRY, starting from June 2020.

Sanal Kumar attended College Of Engineering Chengannur (CUSAT) from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a B-TECH degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Additionally, they also studied at College Of Enginerring Chengannur, Kerala during the same period and earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in the same field.
