Sofia Palovaara is committed to creating an equal society free from violence. They held roles in various organizations, including as a Project Assistant at Artexis Nordic and a Consultant Manager at Academic Work Sweden. Sofia served as an Interim Team Lead and then a Senior Clinician Manager at Kry until 2020 and currently holds the position of Interim Team Manager in Digital Operations at Kry. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Working Life from Uppsala University between 2013 and 2016.
