Yao-Wei "Kordan" Ou

Yao-Wei "Kordan" Ou has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. Yao-Wei "Kordan" began their career in 2011 as a Software Engineer at Realtek Semiconductor Corp., where they developed and maintained the mass production Kit for WLAN network interface card including PCIE, SDIO, and USB interfaces. In 2014, they moved to Qihoo 360 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the 360 Total Security all-in-one solution for PC security and utility. In 2015, they joined Beijing Fastweb as VP Engineering, followed by 21Vianet Group, Inc. as VP Engineering. At 21Vianet, they worked as a leading carrier-neutral internet data center services provider in China. In 2016, they were Founder at Cepave, where they focused on CDN, distributed system, and blockchain. Yao-Wei "Kordan" then joined WiFire.net as VP Engineering before joining COBINHOOD, Ltd. as General Manager/President and VP Engineering. In 2018, they were Co-Founder at DEXON Foundation, where they worked on a native blocklattice technology designed to become the infrastructure for the future of the decentralized internet. In 2019, they founded KryptoGo Co., Ltd., where they used blockchain technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and regulatory technology (RegTech) to build a safe, reliable, transparent, and decentralized virtual asset management platform that functions as a bridge between on-chain assets and offline applications for both personal and entrepreneurial use in Web 3.0.

Yao-Wei "Kordan" Ou has a diverse educational background. Yao-Wei "Kordan" obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Communication Engineering from National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology in 2009, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from National Taiwan University in 2011. In 2019, they attended University of California, Berkeley for their 2019 Fall Batch (Cohort #2) in Blockchain and Entrepreneurship, as well as Draper University for Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies in Blockchain. Yao-Wei "Kordan" also attended Y Combinator's Startup School the same year. In addition, Ou has obtained various certifications, including the Deloitte Entrepreneur Education Program #3 from Deloitte in 2021, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from TCIC Global Certification Ltd. in 2021, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) from ACAMS in 2020, and various certifications from LinkedIn in 2019.
