Yun-Ru (Estelle) Huang has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Yun-Ru (Estelle) is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at KryptoGO, where they are responsible for improving team collaboration and managing the product roadmap and metrics. Previously, they served as the Head of Chatbot Project at LINE Bank Taiwan Limited, leading the expansion of the chatbot platform and achieving a self-service rate of 83% with 1 million users. At YOCTOL.AI, they worked as a Customer Success Manager, analyzing user data and enhancing key feature usage. Yun-Ru (Estelle) also held multiple roles as a Product Manager, where they planned and prioritized AI product features and collaborated with various teams to ensure a seamless user experience. In addition, they have experience as an Assistant Research Fellow at National Taiwan University and worked as a Marketing Intern at Trans-Trans Brand Development.

Yun-Ru (Estelle) Huang completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from National Taiwan University, studying from 2010 to 2015. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued further education at freeCodeCamp and received a Full Stack Web Development Certification in Computer Software Engineering.
