Josh Suskin

Josh Suskin has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Josh is currently the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Krystal Biotech. Previously, they were the Director of People and Manufacturing at Edward Marc Brands, where they were responsible for leading the Human Resource team and overseeing two manufacturing facilities. Josh has also worked as an executive recruiter and talent acquisition consultant for PrincetonOne, specializing in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and financial services. Throughout their career, Josh has been a recipient of the PrincetonOne President's Club Award multiple times.

Josh Suskin has a BS in Marketing and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Josh is certified by the Management and Strategy Institute in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional and by SHRM in SHRM-SCP.
