Nathan Ward

Nathan Ward is a QA Validation Engineer at Krystal Biotech, Inc. since May 2020, having previously held the position of Quality Assurance Associate. Prior experience includes an internship at Amgen, where Nathan developed human resource trackers and wrote standard work for quality approval activities. Nathan also completed Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training and led initiatives to foster communication among interns. Other roles include Inventory Control at EduKit, Inc., where Nathan organized a warehouse team and managed product logistics, and Workshop Leader at the University of Rochester, assisting in chemistry lecture material. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester and graduated magna cum laude with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Discovery Canyon Campus.
