Ben Oates

Ben Oates has a diverse work experience in various technical support roles. Ben started their career in 2010 as a Wireless Energy Management System Technician at WEMS International. In 2013, they joined Unlimited Web Hosting UK Limited, where they worked as a Tech Support team member for five years. In 2018, Ben joined Krystal as a Senior Technical Support representative and later took on roles such as Co-Lead - Reseller Hosting and Support Team Co-Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Support at Krystal.

Ben Oates attended The Manchester College from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Cheadle Hulme High School from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from cPanel, including Imunify 360 Certification, JetBackup Certification, Litespeed Certification, cPanel & WHM Administrator Certificate (CWA), cPanel & WHM Sales Professional (CPSP), cPanel & WHM System Administrator (CWSA-1), and cPanel Professional Certification (CPP).
