Dennis Morgan boasts an extensive career spanning over five decades in various roles centered on business development, mentoring, and leadership training. Since August 2010, Dennis has been involved in business development and mentoring at Krystal Klean. Prior to that, from July 1979 to June 2010, Dennis founded and served as the managing partner of Shepherd's Company, focusing on leadership training and business development within an intentional Christian community. Dennis also owned and operated Dennis Morgan Wallcovering Contractor from August 1969 to July 1979, specializing in high-end residential and commercial wallcovering installation while training leaders. Earlier in Dennis's career, ownership of 'Sparkle-Plenty' (A-1 Maintenance) from June 1968 to September 1970 provided an initial entrepreneurial experience in window washing. Academically, Dennis holds a BA in Physical Education from San Diego State University and a certification in wallcovering installation from West Valley Occupational Trade School.
