Roger Richter

CTO, EVP of Engineering, Chief Architect at Krystallize Technologies

Roger Richter has a long and varied work history. Roger began their career at IBM in 1980 as an Advisory Engineer. In 1994, they moved to Compaq as Manager of Strategic Technology and Senior Member of Technical Staff. In 1997, Roger joined ViaVideo/Polycom as a Principal Engineer. Roger then went on to work at Surgient as Chief Engineer/Architect in 2000. In 2002, Roger co-founded CoVi Technologies and served as CTO. In 2008, they took on roles at PSIA as Chairperson of the Systems Working Group and Board Member, as well as Chief Engineer at GE Security/UTC F&S. From 2010 to 2014, Roger was President, CEO/COO of Family 1 Communications, Inc. where they managed operations, corporate strategy and planning, processes and controls, business development, business metrics, finance, and general governance. Most recently, they have been CTO, EVP of Engineering, and Chief Architect at Krystallize Technologies, where they have been helping to create the next generation of cloud knowledge.

Roger Richter attended Abilene Christian University.
