Stefan Eichmann

Stefan Eichmann is a seasoned HR professional with 20 years of experience in the field, currently serving as the Leiter HR Marketing & Recruiting at K+S Gruppe since 2021. In this role, they lead a team of six and are responsible for the enhancement of HR marketing and recruiting strategies across Europe, as well as managing employer branding initiatives. Previously, Stefan held various HR positions at K+S Gruppe and worked in the HR department at EGGER Group, where they focused on personnel controlling and workforce planning. Stefan is currently pursuing a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Universität Kassel.
