Ian Sturges

Ian Sturges has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. Ian started their career at Cydcor, where they worked as an AT&T Account Manager, performing direct sales and prospecting new business. Ian then moved on to become an AT&T Sales Executive, overseeing recruitment, training, and preparing account managers for management positions. Later, they became the Branch President at Cydcor, leading the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams.

Ian then joined ADP as a District Manager, specializing in customizable Human Capital Management solutions. After that, they worked at Paychex, where they served as an HCM Consultant, working with executives to improve organizational processes and compliance with tax and HR regulations. Ian also held the position of a District Sales Manager, leading a team of sales professionals.

Currently, Ian is working as the Director of Sales at K&S Insurance, where they are responsible for driving sales strategies and achieving positive results.

Ian Sturges has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas. Ian also holds a Property and Casualty Insurance License obtained in July 2023 from the Texas Department of Insurance.
