Nimisha Agarwal

Nimisha’s primary role is handling prosecution, opposition and advisory matters relating to trademarks. Nimisha advises both domestic and international clients in relation to all aspects of brand protection, which includes IP due diligence, conducting clearance searches, filing and prosecuting trademark applications, handling oppositions, rectifications, addressing cease and desist notices to infringers, brand conflict resolution etc.

She is also involved in advising clients on the protection of geographical indications as well as copyright advisory work.

She regularly appears before the Trade Marks Offices in connection with opposition and rectification hearings.

Prior to joining the firm, Nimisha was associated with an IP boutique firm in New Delhi. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2017.
