Lars Owe Kristiansen

Lars Owe Kristiansen was appointed as area director for organizational development and finance in 2015, with responsibility for HR, finance and ICT, as well as the group management of KS's subsidiaries. He has many years of experience as a manager in HR and finance from the Immigration Board and the Ministry of Innovation and Administration.

Kristiansen has a degree in law from the University of Oslo, with experience as an employment law lawyer from, among others, Ministry of Labor and Administration and the Prime Minister's Office.
