Sarah Kaiser started their work experience at Task Force, LLC in 2010 as a Technical Monitor, overseeing the maintenance of approximately 4500 properties and managing the quality of work to ensure fulfillment of the required guidelines. In 2011, they moved on to become the Director of Marketing and Collegiate Licensing at Big Game USA, where they developed and launched an e-commerce web solution, managed sales through 3rd party marketplaces, and negotiated and oversaw affiliate marketing programs. Sarah then joined KS2 Technologies in 2015 as a Sales Representative, leveraging their expertise in IBM hardware and software maintenance contracts to troubleshoot and develop effective solutions to issues related to IBM inventory and maintenance. Sarah is also well-versed in updating contracts, carrying out renewal processes for IBM's Passport Advantage software, and addressing client concerns regarding performance and security.

Sarah Kaiser attended Hosanna Christian Academy from 2004 to 2005. Following their time at Hosanna Christian Academy, they pursued higher education at Louisiana State University from 2005 to 2009. At Louisiana State University, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
