Khatera Sahibzada

Khatera Sahibzada, Ph.D., is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with extensive experience in consulting and higher education. Since 2009, Khatera has been the owner of KSAHIB Consulting, providing expertise in organizational psychology. Additionally, Khatera serves as a Lecturer at the University of Southern California since 2016. Previously, Khatera worked as a Talent Management Consultant at Korn Ferry from 2006 to 2009. Khatera earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University.
