Karstein Ringjord

Karstein Ringjord is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both maritime services and military operations. Currently serving as the Director of Maritime Services and International Sales Manager at KSAT – Kongsberg Satellite Services since September 2018, Ringjord focuses on the sales of Earth Observation services. Prior to this role, Ringjord spent over five years with the Norwegian Armed Forces, holding various positions including Navy Officer in Operation and the Coast Guard, as well as serving as a Recruitment and Selection Officer. Ringjord's educational background includes a Bachelor in Military Studies from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy, a Master of Business Administration from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, and various military leadership training programs.
