Romain Poly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and innovation management. Currently serving as Director of Innovation Management at KSAT – Kongsberg Satellite Services since September 2019, Romain leads strategic innovation projects and partnerships focused on Ground Station and Earth Observation Services. Prior to this, Romain held various roles at Rolls-Royce from June 2011 to July 2019, including Country Manager for Egypt and Morocco and Sales Manager for Commercial Marine in France and North Africa, where responsibilities included market strategy development and customer relations. Romain's earlier experience includes roles in public affairs at Thales and as Secretary General of EUROGIF. Romain holds a Master of Arts in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe and a Master's degree in International Management from HEC Paris.
