Anastasia Touati

Anastasia Touati currently serves as the Directrice de la Valorisation du Patrimoine et de l'Innovation at the Port of Marseille Fos, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Anastasia was an Ingénieure du Corps des Ponts des Eaux et des Forêts focused on ecological and energy transition and was involved in renewable energy support schemes at the Commission de régulation de l'énergie. Anastasia brings extensive international experience from positions at the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, where leadership spanned urban development, climate change, and sustainability initiatives. An early career in the French government involved project management in energy transition and urban policy development. Anastasia holds multiple degrees in civil engineering, public administration, and urban studies, with ongoing executive MBA studies.
