Paul Breen

Paul Breen is currently a Group Project Manager at KSG, where they lead the delivery of transformative hospitality projects, including the refurbishment of multiple bars and restaurants at Dublin and Cork Airports. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Paul founded and operated three food and beverage outlets in Dublin and managed significant operational transitions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, Paul held roles that focused on operational excellence and culinary strategy at Aramark, contributing to enhanced service quality and innovative food offerings. They are pursuing a Professional Diploma in Project Management at University College Dublin, in addition to other certifications in advanced cookery.
