Scott Showers

Scott Showers has extensive experience in the field of HR consulting and operations. Scott currently holds the position of President at HCMpact since 2018. Before that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at KnowledgeSource Consulting from 2011. In this role, they provided HR consulting services and focused on designing and implementing HR strategies, service delivery models, outsourcing, and technology systems.

Prior to their tenure at KnowledgeSource Consulting, Scott worked as a Sr. Business Consultant at Towers Watson from 2008 to 2011. Scott also served as the Director of Shared Services at The First American Corporation from 1999 to 2008.

Scott Showers attended Texas State University from 1989 to 1994, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems.
