Nicole Lane is an accounting professional with a robust background in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at KSL Capital Partners since April 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Corporate Accounting Manager at EverWest Real Estate Investors from April 2021 to April 2022. Nicole's experience also includes significant roles at RE/MAX as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting & Analysis and as a Senior Operations Accountant from August 2017 to April 2021. Early career positions include Senior Property Accountant and Property Accountant at University Communities from September 2014 to August 2017, and an internship at the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo (HARP) Authority in 2013. Academically, Nicole Lane holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Colorado State University Pueblo.
