Jeffrey Nowak

Jeffrey Nowak is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and quality sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at KSM Industries, Inc. since August 2013, Jeffrey has held multiple positions including Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Continuous Improvement, as well as Mechanical Engineer. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked at Phoenix Products Company, Inc. from August 2009 to July 2013, progressing through roles from Product Development Engineer to Quality Manager. Jeffrey's earlier career includes positions at SPI Lighting and Racine Metal Fab, where a strong foundation in engineering was established. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, complemented by various certifications in management and engineering disciplines.
