Paweł Kowalak has been working in the tech industry since 2004. Paweł started as a sysadmin at Visual Systems, then moved to Huuuge Games as a sysadmin/developer. In 2006 they joined intive as a System Engineer Specialist, then Senior System Engineer, and System Engineer. At intive, they refactored MNP system used for MSSIDN porting between mobile operators and designed and implemented buffering and archiving system for CDR billing and data. In 2013, they joined Siili Poland as a Senior System Engineer, designing, implementing and leading multiple production projects. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Ingrid as a System Engineer, designing and implementing multi-tenant shipping systems. In 2018, they joined FORM3 as a Senior System Engineer, designing and implementing infrastructure and proxy services for traffic filtering. In 2021, they moved to News UK as a Senior Go Developer. Currently, they work at KSOC as a Senior Software Engineer.

Paweł Kowalak attended the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin from 2002 to 2007, studying IT, but did not complete the degree.
