Melinda Guth

Melinda Guth has a diverse work history spanning various industries. Melinda started as a Licensed Cosmetologist at Metamorphosis Salon and Spa in 2000. In 2004, they transitioned to the aviation sector at MacLean-Fogg Company, working their way up to Aviation Services Manager. In 2017, they joined MacLean Power Systems as a Product Compliance Coordinator before becoming the Strategic Marketing Manager. Melinda'smost recent role is at KSR International Inc., where they served as Director of Marketing & Communications before taking on the position of Global Director People Leadership in 2022.

Melinda Guth graduated with an Associates in Arts Degree from Harper College in 2010. Melinda then pursued a Certified Aviation Manager Certificate Program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2014 to 2017.
