We help organizations, non-profits, government entities, and foundations like yours, learn strategies on sharing power with young people and building the systems necessary to ensure equity. Our team of youth and adult trainers as well as consultants utilize our lived experiences in supporting organizations to rethink power dynamics. Collectively we are working to shift practices, policies, and systems to intentionally engage young people. Let’s do this work together!
