Lesley Hessels is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience in various positions. Lesley currently holds the title of Manager HR at Ksyos and a Consultant & Founder at The Human Business. Prior to this, Lesley was the Head of HR, EMEA at ICE Cobotics and Group HR Manager at Endemol Shine Group. Lesley has a strong background in HR strategy, recruitment, and organizational development. Lesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and has completed various training programs in leadership and lean six sigma.
