Paul You

Paul You is an experienced operations and telecommunications manager with a robust background spanning over two decades in various roles within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at KT America, Inc. since March 2012, Paul leads global customer support for system deployment and data center maintenance across multiple US locations. Prior to this role, Paul was a Telecommunication Project Manager at Alternate Communication, managing projects from initiation to close-out, and providing infrastructure support for major network migrations for Verizon. Paul's earlier positions include Senior Telecommunications Engineer roles at TIC Communication and EF&I, overseeing installation teams and conducting site surveys, as well as a similar position at MCI, where installation and support of carrier-class telecommunication equipment were key responsibilities. Paul holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
