Athanasiou Geolas

Athanasiou Geolas is a Preservation Services Associate Consultant at Kta Preservation Specialist since March 2022, with extensive experience in architecture and education. Previous roles include Graduate Student Instructor at Cornell University College of Architecture, Art, and Planning, where responsibilities involved teaching First-year Writing Seminars. Geolas has served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University and contributed as an Editor/Partner at The Draftery, facilitating discussions on architectural drawing. Additional professional experiences include positions as a Junior Architect at Ryan Enschede Studio, an Independent Researcher with the Brown University Petra Archaeological Project, and a Fulbright Fellow in Greece. Geolas holds a PhD in History of Architecture and an MA from Cornell University, along with a Bachelor of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design.
