Human Resources and Training

The Human Resources and Training team at KTA-Tator, Inc. is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws, as well as fostering ongoing employee development. They ensure that all staff members are properly trained and certified, maintain accreditation standards for the laboratory, and support the professional growth of the organization's over 250 employees through targeted training programs and resources.
