Chua Lai Seng

Mr. Chua is the founder of KTC Group. Currently holding the title as Chairman and Managing Director of the group of companies, Mr. Chua first started as a sole proprietor involved in the business of earth transportation. He set up Kok Tong Construction Pte. Ltd. in the year 1988 and subsequently a few more companies in Singapore and Indonesia as part of his business expansion plan. Over the last 30 years, he starts KTC from a company with only 2 lorries to a renowned A1 civil contractor. His vision also enables KTC to venture into coal mining business in Kalimantan Indonesia. Mr. Chua is a hands-on and sharp-witted businessman with diverse interests in other fields including the trading of coal, hospitality and property development.
