Benson Thai

Benson Thai is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing and analyzing multifamily and affordable housing projects, particularly utilizing mass-timber and modular construction techniques. Currently serving as a project manager at KTGY since February 2023, Benson previously held roles as project manager and development analyst at Aung Yadana Property and principal at Benson Thai Architecture, where Benson managed significant mass-timber hybrid projects and coordinated specialized investigations for feasibility studies. Previous positions also include project engineer at Dobkin Construction Inc., where supervision and coordination of subcontractors were primary responsibilities, and project manager for various senior living facilities at Kevin Tsai Architecture. Benson’s architectural background includes roles as designer at Montalba Architects and internships focused on digital design and urban studies, supported by a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
