Michael Kroul

Michael Kroul has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in logistics and transportation companies. Michael started their career as the Managing Director and later became the President and Chief Legal Officer of a privately-owned third-party logistics company. Michael led the company's M&A process and successfully sold it to a private equity firm. Kroul also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the logistics division of Phoenix Intermodal, where they doubled revenue and tripled EBITA. Michael has held advisory roles in companies such as Phoenix Management Solutions, Clarendon Capital LLC, and Draying.io. Additionally, they have served as an Angel Investor and held the position of Vice President at Lambert Frame, Inc. and Managing Director at MT INTERNATIONAL, LLC, where they achieved significant sales and successfully closed the profitable sale of the company.

Michael Kroul has a Juris Doctorate degree from the Cardozo School of Law. Michael also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Emory University. Their high school education was completed at Avon Old Farms. Additionally, Michael is a licensed attorney in Minnesota, New York, and Tennessee. These certifications were obtained from the Supreme Court of the State of Minnesota, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and the Supreme Court of Tennessee, respectively.
