They have worked as a Joiner, Defect Supervisor/Surveyor, and Graduate Project Engineer before taking on the role of Build Manager at KTL. Their responsibilities have included managing builds, preparing CPHSPs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring site safety and quality audits are conducted effectively. Sam Akister has a solid foundation in joinery, project management, and defect management within the construction industry.

KTL was launched in 1998 by founder and director Tony Killarney, and in the last quarter century has grown into an industry-leading business, servicing blue chip clients across the telecoms and power sectors.
