Timothy Lally has extensive experience in technology and business applications, serving as the Owner of KTL Solutions, Inc. since October 1999, where guidance and leadership are provided to adopt new technologies. Prior to this, Timothy Lally was the Owner of Signature Systems from 1986 to 1999. Holding a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland, earned between 1985 and 1989, Timothy Lally possesses a strong technical background in the development and deployment of business application software.
