Diane Roth

Diane Roth, PhD has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Diane most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for KTM Group North America, Inc., overseeing the distribution arm of the company in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Bertelsmann Education Group - Alliant International University, where they implemented financial strategies and provided strong leadership. Diane also held positions at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, Global Thinkers Forum, and GE Germany - Energy, GE Austria & Switzerland, where they showcased their expertise in finance, operations, and strategic planning. Diane started their career as an International Key Account Manager at Raiffeisen Leasing GmbH, where they successfully managed large international accounts and drove top line growth through financing programs.

Diane Roth, PhD, has a diverse educational background. Diane began their academic journey at the University of Bucharest from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Law. Following this, they pursued further studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they obtained a Maîtrise in Law, also in a four-year period from 1996 to 2000. Seeking to expand their horizons, Diane then enrolled at the Diplomatische Akademie Wien from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Master's degree in Advanced International Studies, specializing in International Relationships. In recognition of their scholarly achievements, Diane recently completed their highest level of education, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Leadership from Alliant International University, where they studied from 2017 to 2021.
