Andrew Davies is currently working as the Business Analysis Practice Lead at KTSL, providing advice and guidance on IT Service Management process best practices. Previously, Andrew worked as a Lead Consultant at Infosys, where Andrew led the delivery of ServiceNow DevOps to a portfolio of customers. Prior to that, Andrew held roles at Unilever including Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Services Process Manager, and IT Outsourcing Manager. With a background in aeronautical engineering and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Warwick, Andrew has extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and solution design.
