Shawn Harding

Shawn Harding has over a decade of experience in facilities management and horticulture. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at The University of Kansas since March 2011, Shawn has held various positions including Assistant Director of Facilities and Program Manager for Campus Operations, with a focus on managing enterprise CMMS and coordinating systems for campus operations. Previous roles include Operations Manager for Facilities Services, where oversight of work management and operations was a key responsibility, and Zone Manager, managing custodial and maintenance operations. Additionally, Shawn has experience in the horticultural sector, having worked as Nursery Manager for Suburban Lawn and Garden and held sales and management positions at Instant Shade Inc. and Kokopelli Nursery. Shawn earned a degree in horticulture from Kansas State University.
