Eric Sleeckx

Eric Sleeckx is a seasoned professional with significant experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and governmental advisory roles. Currently serving as a Coach for the Postgraduate Program in Innovative Entrepreneurship at KU Leuven since October 2024, Eric has also held positions including retired status with the Vlaamse overheid since May 2024 and Head of Department at Agentschap Innoveren & Ondernemen from October 2019 to May 2024. Previous roles include Government Commissioner at several organizations, including VIB, Flanders Make, and VITO, along with advisory roles focused on economy and innovation at the Office of the Flemish Minister for Economy and Innovation. Eric holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Biomechanics and Production Engineering, from KU Leuven.
