Tony Liu Yang

Tony Liu Yang currently serves as the GM at 快手, overseeing the development, architecture design, construction, and operation of both physical and virtual networks since August 2020. Prior experience includes working as the Director of the Network Platform Department at Alibaba Group from December 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included architecture design and maintenance of the global DC and DCI network. Tony's career began at Cisco Systems in December 2000, culminating in a role as Senior System Engineer Manager, leading a team focused on solutions for major clients such as Tencent and Alibaba. Prior to Cisco, Tony held the position of Director of the Technique Department at Beijing Newsky Computer System Co., Ltd, from 1994 to 2000. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Hunan University, obtained in 1994, and has received multiple awards for excellence in management and performance at Cisco.
