Emily Scarfo

Emily Scarfo, PE is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with a focus on structural design. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager at Kubala Engineers since May 2021, Emily has previously held positions such as Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at the same firm. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer at AG&E Structural Engenuity from January 2015 to April 2021 and as a Structural Designer and Intern at PBK from May 2012 to December 2014. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus from Ohio University (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston (2009-2014), complemented by a High School Diploma from Kingwood High School (2005-2009).
