Catalin Marin

Catalin Marin has extensive experience in the field of DevOps and Cloud Engineering. Catalin is currently working at Kubeark as a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at UiPath as a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer, where they gained experience in designing and running the Azure Cloud Platform and managing CICD flows. Catalin also worked at Avira as a DevOps Cloud Engineer, where they focused on designing and running the AWS Cloud Platform and utilizing container technologies. Catalin has also worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as a DevOps Cloud Engineer, supporting the FIFA DevOps team and gaining experience in AWS Cloud Platform and container technologies. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Vodafone, Orange, and Ericsson, where they gained experience in service engineering and administration of various platforms and systems. Overall, Catalin has a strong background in DevOps, cloud engineering, and system administration.

Catalin Marin completed their education at the POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest from 2005 to 2012. Catalin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Electronics in 2009 and then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Engineering and Computer Science, which they obtained in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Catalin also obtained a certification in "OpenHack: Containers" from Microsoft OpenHack in December 2021.
