Jan M.

Jan M. serves as the General Manager and Chairman at FC Zbrojovka Brno since October 2024 and is currently a Managing Partner at OneCap, specializing in unlocking hidden value in special situations. Jan holds a similar role at LEXXUS NORTON and has been a Board Member at BO! holding a.s. since May 2021, where Jan founded a leading real estate group in the Czech Republic. Additional board positions include KUBERG MOTORCYCLES and MOOY, which focuses on rent-to-own housing solutions. Jan's previous leadership experience includes serving as Group CEO at BLOCK from December 2014 to June 2021 and as Managing Partner at BHM group. Jan's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Prague University of Economics and Business and executive education at Saïd Business School. Jan is also a Level III Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Czech National Bank Broker Licence.
