Mario Fahlandt

Mario Fahlandt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mario began their career as a Convention Assistant at SAE Alumni Association in 2007 before joining happy pixel GmbH as a Webentwickler in 2008. Mario then worked as a Webdeveloper and Dozent at SAE Institute from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they became a Software Engineer at MYDAYS and later joined limango GmbH as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a key role in planning, conception, and development of various projects. From 2014 to 2016, Mario worked as a Senior Software Engineer/Lead Developer at picturemaxx international GmbH, overseeing the micro service architecture and leading a team. In 2016, they became the Head of IT at Catchys GmbH, where they managed infrastructure, moved to Google Cloud Platform, and developed various applications. Mario then joined Königspunkt Technologies in 2017 as a Wolpertinger, where they handled the complete infrastructure and served as an advisor for external companies. Finally, they have been with Kubermatic since 2020, initially as a Kubernetes Consultant and later elevated to the roles of Teamlead/Kubernetes Consultant and currently Teamlead/Principal Tech Lead.

Mario Fahlandt obtained a Diploma in Multimedia from SAE Institute of Technology Munich. Additionally, they received the certification "Speaker: KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2022" from The Linux Foundation in May 2022.
